Overcoming Negative Self Talk

Have you ever had that little voice inside your head tell you something negative, like you’re not good enough or pretty enough or skinny enough? I feel at some point we have all had that annoying voice speaking loudly.

Well this week I am challenging you to fire back at that voice. Each morning you are going to look yourself right in the mirror and say three nice things about yourself. This can be anything from things you’ve done to how you look in your outfit!

Saying those positive things about yourself will help battle that annoying little voice and it helps you start your day with positivity!
