Get Your Sweat On: Get 4 Days Of Movement In This Week

I’m sure we’ve all been there, you start off the week with good intentions and then by the end of the week you realized you fell off track. Well this week I am challenging you to get in movement at least 4 days this week!

This doesn’t have to include super intense workouts! It can be anything from walking to running to your typical workouts! I just want you to be intentional about getting in 4 days of exercise!

Besides all of the health benefits regular exercise has been shown to reduce stress and improve your mood so you really have a lot of reasons why you should be exercising. I come across this a lot when I have people say they aren’t looking to lose weight. You don’t have to want to lose weight to exercise! There are many other positive benefits!
