Don’t Let Lack Of Sleep Derail Your Day – Prioritize It!

Welcome back for another weekly challenge! This week we are going to focus on our sleep because let’s face it, it is probably one of the most neglected parts of our health. In fact people praise others for pulling “all nighters” to get work done.

That is not what we should be encouraging! If we want to focus on living a healthy lifestyle then sleep needs to be a part of it. So this week I am challenging you to focus on de-stressing before bed to help set you up for a better night sleep.

To do this you have to choose one activity that will help you relieve tension. This could be to read a book, do yoga or stretching, meditate, really anything that will help you calm down and relax.
