Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Ground Turkey
  • 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 cup Diced Carrots
  • 1 Small Onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Broth
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook until fully cooked through. Once cooked, remove the turkey from the skillet and set it aside.
  • While the turkey is cooking, shred the cabbage and dice the carrots and onion.
  • In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  • Add the diced carrots and onions to the skillet and sauté until they are almost tender.
  • Next, add the shredded cabbage to the skillet.
  • Return the cooked ground turkey to the skillet.
  • Pour chicken broth into the skillet to deglaze the pan.
  • Cover the skillet and cook for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together and the vegetables to soften.
  • Once the cabbage is cooked to your desired tenderness, remove the skillet from the heat.
  • Stir in coconut aminos or soy sauce and sesame oil to the skillet, mixing well to combine all the flavors.
  • Serve over rice and enjoy!
