Equipment

  • 1 Instant Omni Pro Air Fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cod fish, raw. (2 4oz pieces)

Marinade

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 limes juice and zest
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all the ingredients for the marinade
  • Marinate the cod for at least 1 hour
  • Preheat air fryer to 400˚
  • Place the filets in the air fryer for about 8 minutes

This time I decided to air fry the cod which I will say was an absolute breeze! If you haven’t tried it yet then you should! I recently upgraded my air fryer to the Instant Omni Pro and am totally in love with it! It was so easy to air fry the fish and it came out fantastic!
