Parmesan Crusted Air Fryer Chicken

Ok friends, this is a family favorite! Usually if I make this recipe I double it and use the leftovers in my kids lunch! Chicken cutlets are always a hit but this version is a bit healthier because we are skipping the whole frying in oil thing. That’s not to say we avoid traditional chicken cutlets but we don’t eat them as often. This recipe gives us a good option to eat them more regularly! Plus the parmesan cheese is just an added bonus!

Parmesan Crusted Air Fryer Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast sliced thin
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Mix together breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese
  • Scramble the eggs
  • Coat the chicken in egg and then cover with breadcrumb mixture
  • Discard any extra egg and breadcrumbs
  • Preheat air fryer to 370° and cook for about 15 minutes. Cook time will vary depending on thickness of the chicken. Internal temperature should be 165°
