Instant Pot Pumpkin Spiced Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup steel cut oats
  • 3 cups water
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/25 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 5 tbsp chopped pecans

Instructions
 

  • Mix together water, pumpkin puree, 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice.
  • Put oats into instant pot and top with pumpkin mixture. Mix together and add cinnamon stick.
  • Cook on high pressure for 6 minutes. Let naturally release for 10 minutes and then release the rest of the pressure.
  • Add in 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and brown sugar.
  • Top each serving with 1 tbsp of chopped pecans.
