chopped pecans
Instructions
Mix together water, pumpkin puree, 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice.
Put oats into instant pot and top with pumpkin mixture. Mix together and add cinnamon stick.
Cook on high pressure for 6 minutes. Let naturally release for 10 minutes and then release the rest of the pressure.
Add in 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and brown sugar.
Top each serving with 1 tbsp of chopped pecans.
