Using A Food Journal To Reach Your Goals

How are you feeling from all of those burpees last week! If you missed that challenge you can still check it out!

This week I have a nutrition challenge for you. I want you to record all that you eat in a food journal for a week!

You can use one of those food tracker apps, like My Fitness Pal, or you can simply just write down what you eat and how much on paper. The choice is yours!

The purpose of this challenge is not to make you feel bad about what you’re eating. It’s not even too make sure you are hitting a certain amount of calories or macros. The point is to help you be more mindful of what you are eating.

Sometimes we are eating more or less than we think we are or there are patterns in our eating that we don’t notice. Every once in a while I feel its a great idea to just write it all down and see where you’re at!

From there you can decide to make changes or not, that choice is yours!
