Simple Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb raw peeled sweet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 3 tsp garlic powder
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 ĚŠ
  • Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into small cubes.
  • In a large bowl toss the sweet potatoes with avocado oil, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Place on a large cookie sheet.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes, flipping about halfway through.
