Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook until fully cooked through. Once cooked, remove the turkey from the skillet and set it aside.
While the turkey is cooking, shred the cabbage and dice the carrots and onion.
In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
Add the diced carrots and onions to the skillet and sauté until they are almost tender.
Next, add the shredded cabbage to the skillet.
Return the cooked ground turkey to the skillet.
Pour chicken broth into the skillet to deglaze the pan.
Cover the skillet and cook for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together and the vegetables to soften.
Once the cabbage is cooked to your desired tenderness, remove the skillet from the heat.
Stir in coconut aminos or soy sauce and sesame oil to the skillet, mixing well to combine all the flavors.
Serve over rice and enjoy!
